From our seamless flights to Rome to the well-coordinated transitions between cities, every detail was meticulously arranged. In Venice, the personalized transfers and the charming family-run hotel with its outstanding breakfast set the perfect tone. The opera evening was a delightful highlight.
Florence was equally impressive. Despite the European air conditioning regulations, the hotel’s thoughtful staff, especially the gentleman who prepared early breakfast bags for our excursion, made our stay comfortable. The excursion to Pisa, the winery, and nearby towns was a highlight, thanks to our knowledgeable guide, Ricardo. While we wished for more time in certain areas, the overall experience was enriching.
Rome’s tours were exceptional. Valerie guided us expertly through the Vatican, making the experience memorable. Stephanie’s early morning tour of the Colosseum and Roman Forum was both informative and efficient. A special mention to our airport transfer driver, whose insightful commentary on Rome’s history and assistance with our luggage was greatly appreciated.

At no problem caused by Jackie, the cruise was fair. We had a flooded room and it took more than a day to get an equal to or better room. The return flight was not good. We had to stay in a hotel for the next day flight. Flight schedule was terrible and the flight was two hours late.- Keith B.

We just returned from a week at The Secrets Papagayo Costa Rica. Jackie Rategan set up our trip and all the details were done just right. Our bungalow was perfect with water views to enjoy each day from our deck outside. Great seating and a lounge out there to relax with coffee and a view.

I used to be one of those fools who books all my travels myself because I thought I was "saving money" or maybe my trip was "too big" or "too small".
