For years my husband and I have said we wanted to travel and we finally did. Due to the encouragement of a knowledgeable travel agent, Loralee Rendina, we received the impetus to go on a tour of Italy. "The Best Of Italy" was truly a vacation and experience of a lifetime. We traveled to well known cities and islands with truly unique experiences in each place. Our tour guide was knowledgeable, organized, sensitive to each individual, and able to regroup when necessary. We experienced the culture. We saw ancient ruins. We entered churches admiring the architecture while listening to the religious history behind these revered buildings and the people they honored. We admired the art of well known artists, such as Michael Angelo's paintings in the Vatican. And I would be remiss if I did not mention spending 10 days with people from all over North America who all formed a special bond with each other. I am grateful for this experience.

We throughly enjoyed Iceland and Ponant. Service and excursions were exceptional as was the Smithsonian experience. The food was good but the dining room was very crowded and noisy. And the entire dining experience felt rushed. We would go on Ponant again if it was a destination and schedule that worked but would not otherwise be "frequent fliers." Having said that it was overall a really good experience!
And we loved working with you and would definitely repeat that in booking another cruise! After 3 years of not traveling we are grateful for such a satisfying experience!

My cousin, our daughters and I have dreamt about going to Italy for years and we were ready to seriously explore our options. Alaska cruise - Celebrity Millennium
Thank you Lolli and Gina - it was a great trip! Scenery every day was different and beautiful. We seemed to be on the best side of the ship to see everything! Loved the balcony to sit and watch the beauty roll by. I was really surprised at how good the food was - only had 1 meal that wasn't great. I am not a buffet fan and really enjoyed the Luminae restaurant. Enjoyed Vancouver - very cool city. Thanks for all your work organizing the trip - you made it all easy. Maybe a river or Mediterranean cruise is next!?!

Dear Lolli and Gina, thank you so much for planning our awesome trip to Alaska and Vancouver. I cannot express how breathtaking and easy the trip was.
From flying over the ancient glaciers, to the train ride to the ship we saw something amazing around every corner.
The suite on the ship was first class, the private retreat was spectacular. And all the extra Cruise Planners perks made it even that much better.
We are all seasoned travelers but we have to say that no matter how much you think you know or how much you think you can do online it is better to plan with you two.
Lolli and Gina, you made the trip exquisite. Picking up the phone or answering a text no matter what the question was such a comfort. It was like having “Houston” during the Apollo endeavors. You planned it to a T.

Hi Lolli and Gina, thank you so much for your work on our cruise! We had a wonderful, carefree trip (which is saying a lot with a toddler haha). The excursions were beautiful and exciting, and I loved having a detailed itinerary to follow so we knew what to expect and what to do each day. Our son loved the whale watching trip and the dog sledding excursions especially. He also loved the kids club on board, and the Stanley the bear breakfast was a highlight :) My husband and I loved having family around for a week, and we took full advantage with some wonderful date nights to see theatre on board and eat great food. Cruising is really a perfect way to travel with a group, and you both made it happen for our family so easily. Thank you thank you!
