Testimonials
What a wonderful experience! Our travel agent Kathy did a WONDERFUL job! She had prepared everything we needed for a smooth check-in and she answered all of our questions promptly! She is awesome! As for the cruise .. it was FABULOUS!

I never have to worry about a thing when Kathy books my cruises. She stays in contact with me throughout the process and keeps me advised of any details I need to be aware of. Kathy is always accessible to me.
At the end of my last cruise, upon disembarking, I discovered I had left my cell phone charging in my stateroom. I didn't worry for a moment, as I knew Kathy was just a phone call away. Using my husband's phone, I called Kathy at 7:30 on SUNDAY MORNING. I really didn't want to disturb her, but I didn't know how to get my phone since we had already left the ship. With Kathy's directions and assistance, my cell phone appeared within a few minutes. And, most importantly, Kathy was most gracious about being disturbed so early on a weekend.
In the past I always booked my own trips, but now I know the full advantages of using Cruise Planners. Kathy has booked several trips for me and I am looking forward to working with her again.
